One of the best projects i initially began while at apple was branding the world wide enterprise sales 2018 conference, which took place at the fairmont in san francisco.
Unfortunately, due to NDA reasons, I cannot share the actual work I made, so I recreated a variant of the massive diverse project below. The conference was a cross collaboration of teams within the World Wide Sales Enterprise design (Design, Video, Audio, Photography, Software Engineers, Gaming and AR) teams. I initially began the thought process by learning what the purpose of this conference was and why it was special. The WorldWide Enterprise Sales (WWES) Conference is a celebration to those top 1% of Apple Sales Enterprise (ASE) people, they are the salespeople that excel and to learn about Apple products and explain to buyers what product will be best for their business.
The concept of the WWES18 branding was about the journey of each ASE, since not everybody’s story is the same. All ASE’s are human and encounter bumps in the road, but somehow this doesn’t stop them to go above and beyond, they excel to be the best no matter what obstacle is presented.
Branding
Two different logos were created for different purposes. “ES18” is for larger spaces and it was meant to be animated or printed. On the other hand we have WWES18, which is for the smaller wide tighter spaces and is legible as well as suitable for very small spaces.

ANIMATED GRAPHICS WERE USED FOR WAYFINDING, PRESENTATIONS, APPS, WEBSITES AND AR
Each Spirograph was hand drawn, then recreated in Illustrator to then transfer to digital and print formats. We then used Motion Graphics to show and represent life’s journey.
WWES18 itinerary was made suitable to live in an in-house world wide sales training app.
An in-house training APP was used for the Conference to communicate to the ASE everything imaginable needed for a a conference. For example, what to expect when you received the invitation, next steps, day of travel, where to go to be picked-up when at the San Fransisco Airport, the Conference day to day schedule, fun facts, quirky stories, what to explore and where to use AR to see the spirograph take a different shape out in the wild.

THE SWAG WAS SILKSCREEN PRINTED DURING THE EVENT AND ATTENDEES PICKED THEIR OWN DESIGN AND COLOR OF INK.

Passport and stickers
We added a form of extra interaction to attendees. Since all ASE’s were from different parts of the world—we wanted them to get to know each other and interact, take breaks from the App. The idea was to create an interactive game amongst them. They all had to meet someone who they did not know, learn something new, etc. Every time they did learn a way to say “Hi” in a different language, they received a badge (sticker), or if they had lunch with a stranger, or high-fived someone. Whoever collected all badges first, would win a big price like a Beats headset, Airpods, Homepod or an Apple gift card. The attendees loved this so much they also used it as a “year-book” where they wrote amazing notes to each other and contact information then took photos with their “passport” and tagged each other.

An ultra fast version of the Welcoming video shown in the APP, Website and Opening day of conference. This was packed with great graphics, audio, and timing.
