POSTER FOR MECA
AWARD WINNING POSTER

Celebremos Libertad was very important for 2010, since it marked Mexico's 200th anniversary of celebrating freedom. For this same reason a special event at MECA (a non-profit organization) was made with MECA's Ballet Folklorico, MECA Mariachi & food.

The poster was illustrated & the font is handmade. A special handmade rough textured paper was used to show its vintage touch. Each poster and postcard had a die-cut. The angel represents Mexico's Angel of Freedom, located in Mexico City/Mexico Distrito Federal.
